We didn’t book a ticket for an under 4 at the point of purchase, and we would now like to add one to our booking. Can this be done?
If you have forgotten to buy a 4 and under ticket, please come and see us at the information desk on arrival where we can issue a ticket for you.
I bought a family ticket with 1 Adult and 3 Children, and I would like to change this to 2+2 (or equivalent). As this is the same price, do I need to change my ticket?
No, there is no need to change the ticket. Just inform us when you arrive at the attraction.
The address is wrong on my ticket. Can this be changed?
We are happy to make changes to your ticket. So that we can make absolutely sure that we have the correct details for you, we always like to speak to you in person. Please contact our call centre on 0845 084 0900 at your earliest convenience. Our call centre hours are from 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday, and from 10am – 5pm at weekends.
Alternatively, go to the Contact section of our website and complete an enquiry form and a member of our call centre team will contact you as soon as possible.
I am accessing my confirmation details on my iPhone and can’t print them. Can my confirmation details be resent?
Don’t worry - all you will need to redeem your order is your Booking Reference Number and some official ID to collect your tickets when you arrive at the tour. Unfortunately for security reasons we are unable to resend the confirmation details.
I can’t print my confirmation email.
If you’re having problems printing, try choosing ‘Print’ from one of the menus at the top of your screen, rather than selecting the print icon embedded in the email.
If this doesn’t work, please don’t worry. When you arrive at the tour you’ll only need to bring your Booking Reference Number and ID with you in order to collect your tickets.
Can I buy tickets at the attraction?
To ensure that you have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can be on the Studio Tour at any one time. You will therefore need to book into a timeslot ahead of your visit. As spaces are limited, we strongly suggest you reserve tickets early for your preferred date and time.
What credit cards do you take as payment?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I pay by cheque?
We are happy to accept cheques from registered charities, County Councils and schools within the UK. In order to arrange a cheque payment, please contact the call centre on 0845 084 0900 to make your booking.
Do you accept foreign currency at the attraction?
No, we only accept pound sterling.
Can I purchase gift tickets for family and friends?
Yes gift vouchers are available and make a great gift. For further information please see our Gift Tickets page. Please note the recipient will be required to make an advanced booking into a timeslot by calling the call centre, prior to their visit.
I regularly organise group outings; do you offer any further discounts?
