Can I purchase the digital guide or souvenir book separately?
Yes. You can buy souvenir books and digital guides at any of our ticket collection and information points at the tour.
Is there anywhere to leave bags?
Yes, coats and bags can be left at the cloakroom.
How long can I normally expect a visit to last?
We estimate the average Studio Tour to last approximately three and a half hours, although there is no limit imposed on your time at the attraction. Only a small part of the Studio Tour is guided, so you can spend as long as you like viewing the authentic sets, costumes and props from the Harry Potter Film series. Remember that you can also spend time relaxing in our Studio Café, or browsing the unique Harry Potter gifts and souvenirs in our shop.
Can I take a pushchair or buggy around with me?
Yes, however a limited number of pushchairs and buggies can be accommodated for each time slot. Therefore it is recommended that pushchairs and buggies are left at the cloakroom, as space within the Studio Tour is limited. Double buggies unfortunately cannot be permitted into the attraction.
Can I take a pet to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London?
We welcome all registered guide dogs, hearing dogs and medical alert dogs into the Studio Tour. If your dog requires a water bowl, please ask a member of staff who will be happy to provide one. We do not permit other dogs or pets to enter the attraction.
Are there baby changing and food/milk warming facilities?
We have baby changing facilities on site and can provide hot water for heating up bottles within the Studio Café.
Are there any classroom facilities areas for schools to use?

How long can I expect to queue to get into Warner Bros. Studio Tour London?
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London operates a timed ticketing system so we anticipate that you will wait no longer than 30mins from the time on your ticket, to enter the main tour.
Am I allowed to touch the sets, props and costumes?
Some parts of the tour are interactive and can be touched, however due to the unique and genuine nature of the sets and props, there are some sections that are presented to be viewed and not touched.
Is there a minimum age restriction?
The experience is suitable for all ages; children under 4 years are free although must still have a ticket before arrival.
Is there a minimum height restriction for anything in the tour?
No, everyone can enjoy the attraction irrespective of height.
