Before you call us to redeem your Gift Ticket:

• Decide on a date you would like to attend the Studio Tour and which timeslot you would prefer. We'd advise having a range of dates available, as tickets sell out very fast and weekends can sell out months in advance.
   
• The calendar on our Tickets page can be used to check the latest availability.
   
• Have your Gift Ticket reference number ready and contact our Call Centre on
  08450 840 900.

• Gift tickets are valid for one year from date of purchase, children must be accompanied by an adult, terms and conditions apply.
   
• You can purchase additional tickets and pre-book Digital Guides or Souvenir Guidebooks when you speak to our Call Centre agent.

Digital Guide

Our handheld audio-visual guides bring the Studio Tour to life in a completely new way. Narrated by Tom Felton who plays Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter film series, it contains fascinating facts about the sets, costumes and props, as well as newly produced interviews with filmmakers and never before seen behind-the-scenes footage. It is available in eight languages, with the English Digital Guide narrated by Tom Felton, and can be pre-booked with your tickets. This is available to hire for just £4.95.

Souvenir Guidebook

Our Souvenir Guidebook will help you to remember this magical experience forever. It’s full of in-depth information about the Harry Potter films, including many behind-the-scenes secrets and fabulous photography. You can pre-order Guidebooks to collect with your tickets on arrival, or pick one up from our Studio Shop during your visit for just £9.95.
