Plan to arrive 20 minutes before your allocated timeslot. If you miss your timeslot we cannot guarantee entry.
Free car parking is available for anyone arriving by road. Group tours (10 people or more) should refer to our Group Bookings page for further information.
If you have an email booking confirmation you will need to pick up your tickets from the kiosks outside of the attraction. If you chose to have your tickets posted, go straight into the Studio Tour.
Digital guides or Souvenir guidebooks are available at the time of purchasing your tickets or from the kiosks at the Studio Tour. If you have purchased these items in advance then please collect them from inside the attraction.
Feel free to browse our shop or have a snack in our Studio Café prior to your entry time.

Coats and bags can be checked into the cloakroom free of charge. We also recommend that where possible, buggies and prams are left in the cloakroom, as space within the Studio Tour is limited. Please note that these are left at visitor’s own risk.
