Terms & conditions

  1. These terms and conditions relate to ‘Dinner in the Great Hall’ (the “Event”) that takes place at Warner Bros. Studio Leavesden Limited (the “Venue”) on Wednesday 7th December 2016 and Thursday 8th December 2016.
  2. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Limited Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and together set out all the terms and conditions that relate to the Event (together the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before buying a ticket to the Event. By buying a Ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  3. Tickets for the event may only be purchased from the Venue’s website or from the Venue’s Services on 0345 084 0900.
  4. Once acquired, whether by purchase or on a complimentary basis, Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and void if altered. Tickets that we reasonably suspect have been transferred or altered will not be honoured. Tickets are not for resale. Any such resale shall have the effect of rendering that Ticket void.
  5. Only Tickets purchased directly from us are valid for admission. Tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for entry.
  6. Guests must be eighteen (18) years or over and must produce valid photo ID on arrival (valid driving license or passport). Warner will refuse entry to the Event to Guests who are aged under eighteen (18).
  7. Tickets for the Event are inclusive of everything stated in the Event Description (see above) and do not include anything not listed above, including without limitation, accommodation or spending money.
  8. Carer Tickets are available at half (50%) the full Event ticket price. Entire event participation and package is included in this price for Carers. Carer tickets must be bought over the phone via Visitor Services on 0345 084 0900.
  9. Character wand preference must be stated at time of booking (preferences catered for subject to availability).
  10. Seating preferences and dietary requirements must be communicated by email using the following address: events@wbstudiotour.co.uk. Guests will be contacted after booking by email requesting that they provide these details.
  11. Further to the drinks included in the Event Description, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase from the bar in the Studio Tour Lobby and will be payable on consumption.
  12. Please note that it is Warner’s policy to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen (18).
  13. At any time during the Event, Warner staff and security shall have the right to ask Guests to produce valid proof of age identification. Warner may refuse to serve alcoholic drinks to any Guest who fails to prove that they are eighteen (18) years of age or over and/or who appears to be intoxicated.
  14. Guests will not be allowed to take alcohol outside of the Venue.
  15. Warner shall have the right to display signs in and around the Hired Spaces to remind Guests that alcohol is not to be taken outside of the Venue and will not be served to any person who is under the age of eighteen (18) and/or cannot produce valid identification on request.
  16. Warner reserves the right to immediately remove any Guest without liability or compensation who fails to comply with the Terms.
  17. Personal items left in the Studio Tour cloakroom or elsewhere at the Venue are left at owners’ discretion.
  18. Warner and its affiliated and/or associated companies, agents, partners and/or other third parties authorised by Warner (together, “Warner  Partners”) may create motion pictures, still photographs and/or sound recordings of Guests (“Content”) during the Event at the Venue.
  19. By attending the Event, you confirm that you are aged eighteen (18) or older and agree that Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Ltd. (“Warner”), its affiliated and/or associated companies, and/or other third parties authorised by Warner (together, “Warner Partners”) may create motion pictures, still photographs of you and/or sound recordings of your voice during the Event (“Recordings”). As far as permissible by law, you agree, without the requirement for any further approval, consent from, or payment to you; (i) to grant and assign to Warner all present and future copyright, performance rights and any other right, title and interest in and to the Recordings and you hereby waive the benefit of any law known as “moral rights”; (ii) Warner and/or Warner Partners may use the Recordings for any purpose at their sole discretion including in any marketing and/or publicity materials, and on any website and social media, which will become accessible and may be linked to or copied from across the Internet; (iii) the Recordings may be altered, edited and/or modified (e.g. combined with other images, text, graphics and/or sound); and (iv) Warner shall be the owner of the Recordings and nothing shall oblige Warner or Warner Partners to use the Recordings.
  20. Warner shall have the right to display signs in and around the Hired Spaces to remind Guests that filming will take place during the Event.
  21. A Shuttle bus will be in operation between Watford Junction Rail Station and the Venue. Transfer via the Shuttle bus is included in the ticket price. Event tickets need to be shown when boarding the shuttle bus. The first service will be at 5.40pm, with further services running every 20mins until approximately 7.30pm. Two buses will arrive from 11pm and be on standby. Shuttle buses will leave once full. The last shuttle bus will leave the Studio tour at 12:15am. All guests must have departed the Venue by 12:30am. Guests are responsible for their own transport to and from the Venue / connecting with/after drop-off from the Shuttle.
