Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions relate to ‘Dinner in the Great Hall’ (the “Event”) that takes place at Warner Bros. Studio Leavesden Limited (the “Venue”) on Thursday 3 December 2015.
  2. These terms and conditions are in addition to the Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Limited Terms and Conditions (link) and Privacy Policy (link) and together set out all the terms and conditions that relate to the Event (together the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before buying a ticket to the Event. By buying a Ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  3. Tickets for the event may only be purchased from the Venue’s website or from the Venue’s Services on 0345 084 0900.
  4. Guests may purchase multiple tickets up to ten (10) per transaction. Bookings greater than ten (10) should be booked via Events either by email at events@wbstudiotour.co.uk or by phone on 020 3427 7550.   
  5. Once acquired, whether by purchase or on a complimentary basis, Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and void if altered. Tickets that we reasonably suspect have been transferred or altered will not be honoured. Tickets are not for resale. Any such resale shall have the effect of rendering that Ticket void.
  6. Only Tickets purchased directly from us are valid for admission. Tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for entry.
  7. Guests must be eighteen (18) years or over and must produce valid photo ID on arrival (valid driving license or passport). Warner will refuse entry to the Event to Guests who are aged under eighteen (18).
  8. Tickets for the Event are inclusive of everything stated in the Event Description (see above) and do not include anything not listed above, including without limitation, accommodation or spending money.
  9. Carer Tickets are available at half (50%) the full Event ticket price. Entire event participation and package is included in this price for Carers. Carer tickets must be bought over the phone via Visitor Services on 0345 084 0900.
  10. Character wand preference must be stated at time of booking (preferences catered for subject to availability).
  11. Seating preferences and dietary requirements must be communicated by email using the following address: events@wbstudiotour.co.uk . Guests will be contacted after booking by email requesting that they provide these details.
  12. Further to the drinks included in the Event Description, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase from the bar in the Studio Tour Lobby and will be payable on consumption.
  13. Please note that it is Warner’s policy to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen (18).
  14. At any time during the Event, Warner staff and security shall have the right to ask Guests to produce valid proof of age identification. Warner may refuse to serve alcoholic drinks to any Guest who fails to prove that they are eighteen (18) years of age or over and/or who appears to be intoxicated.
  15. Guests will not be allowed to take alcohol outside of the Venue.
  16. Warner shall have the right to display signs in and around the Hired Spaces to remind Guests that alcohol is not to be taken outside of the Venue and will not be served to any person who is under the age of eighteen (18) and/or cannot produce valid identification on request.
  17. Warner reserves the right to immediately remove any Guest without liability or compensation who fails to comply with the Terms.
  18. Personal items left in the Studio Tour cloakroom or elsewhere at the Venue are left at owners’ discretion.
  19. Warner and its affiliated and/or associated companies, agents, partners and/or other third parties authorised by Warner (together, “Warner  Partners”) may create motion pictures, still photographs and/or sound recordings of Guests (“Content”) during the Event at the Venue.
  20. By attending the Event, Guests confirm that they are aged eighteen (18) or older and grant and assign to Warner all rights (including, without limitation, present and future copyright, performance property rights and all neighbouring rights (including so-called authors' rights)) in and to the Content and give Warner and/or Warner Partners all consents necessary for the reproduction, exhibition, transmission, broadcast and exploitation of the Content throughout the world in perpetuity and by any and all means and in any and all media now existing or in the future created or discovered, without payment or acknowledgement.  The rights shall include, but not be limited to, the right for Warner and/or Warner Partners to use the Content (including, any dubbed, edited, altered and/or adapted versions of the Content) with or independent of other images, for commercial and/or non-commercial purposes in (including, by way of example only, in publications, exhibitions, advertising, promotional and marketing materials and online). Guests also agree to unconditionally and irrevocably waive (or otherwise assign to Warner) the benefits of any provision of law known as "moral rights" in so far as permissible and acknowledge that Warner does not undertake or guarantee that there will be any use of or other exploitation of the Content.
  21. Warner shall have the right to display signs in and around the Hired Spaces to remind Guests that filming will take place during the Event.
  22. A Shuttle bus will be in operation between Watford Junction Rail Station and the Venue. Transfer via the Shuttle bus £2.50 per return journey, per person and is not included in the ticket price. Event tickets need to be shown when boarding the shuttle bus. The first service will be at 5.40pm, with further services running every 20mins until approximately 7.30pm. Two buses will arrive from 11pm and be on standby. Shuttle buses will leave once full. The last shuttle bus will leave the Studio tour at 12:15am. All guests must have departed the Venue by 12:30am. Guests are responsible for their own transport to and from the Venue / connecting with/after drop-off from the Shuttle.
