If you have chosen our postage option, your lucky recipient will receive a souvenir wallet including a gift card with space for you to write your own message.
Gift tickets are undated and the recipient will need to call our Visitor Services Team on 0345 084 0900 to book a date and time of their choice. All bookings are subject to availability and we’d recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.
HOW TO BOOK
STEP ONE – SELECT TICKET TYPE
Choose from individual (adult/child) or family gift tickets. You will have the option to enhance the experience by adding a Souvenir Guidebook or Digital Guide to the booking which can be collected on the date of your visit. Learn more about enhancements.
Add your recipient name which will be included on a letter with instructions on how to redeem their gift tickets
STEP TWO – SELECT UK OR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
The delivery cost (UK* £3.95 / International** £6.95) includes:
- A souvenir wallet
- A gift card with space to write a personalised message
- A letter with gift ticket redemption instructions
- Postage and packaging
PLEASE NOTE: If you send the gift ticket(s) directly to the recipient you will not be given the option to write a personalised message.
Multiple gift tickets can be purchased on one booking, however only one souvenir wallet and gift ticket will be sent out per transaction.

STEP THREE – DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please ensure you enter the name of the recipient on the “Delivery Information” page as it will be needed when they call to book their date and time. The name entered here will be displayed on the envelope. Please contact us on 0345 084 0900 within 24 hours should you need to amend these details.
