These terms and conditions relate to the \u2018An Audience with Warwick Davis OBE\u2019 event scheduled for Tuesday 9th<\/sup> June and Wednesday 10th<\/sup> June 2026 (collectively the \u201cEvent<\/strong>\u201d and each date may also be known as an Event). The Event is run by Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Limited (\u201cWBSL<\/strong>\u201d or \u201cWarner<\/strong>\u201c), and takes place at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, Studio Tour Dr, Leavesden, Watford WD25 7LR (the \u201cVenue<\/strong>\u201d). The venue is owned and operated by Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden Limited (\u201cWBSTL\u201d<\/strong>).<\/li>\n
  2. These terms and conditions are in addition to the WBSL Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and together set out all the terms and conditions that relate to the Event (together the \u201cTerms<\/strong>\u201d). Please read these Terms carefully, in particular terms relating to health and safety at the Venue, before buying a ticket for an Event (\u201cTicket<\/strong>\u201d). By buying a Ticket, you agree to be bound by the Terms.<\/li>\n
  3. Tickets may only be purchased from the Venue\u2019s website\u202f(https:\/\/www.wbstudiotour.co.uk\/whats-on\/an-audience-with-warwick-davis<\/a>) , or from the Venue\u2019s visitor services team at 0800 640 4550<\/li>\n
  4. Tickets shall be available to purchase in the general Ticket release onTuesday 28th<\/sup> April 2026 10am.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Two hundred and fifty (250) Tickets in total are available for purchase for each Event date. All Tickets shall be sold on a first-come first-served basis.<\/li>\n
  6. One(1)<\/strong>\u00a0Ticket (aged 12 years or over only) costs one hundred and seventy five pounds sterling\u00a0(\u00a3175)<\/strong>. Please note that no Tickets are available for those aged 11 years or under. One\u00a0(1)<\/strong>\u00a0Ticket permits one\u00a0(1)<\/strong>\u00a0guest to attend one specific date of an Event and any Ticket holder between the ages of 12 and 17 inclusive must be supervised by a Ticket holder aged 18 years or over.<\/li>\n
  7. Purchasers may purchase multiple Tickets up to a total maximum of nine (9)<\/strong>\u00a0Tickets for each evening of the Event.<\/li>\n
  8. Essential Companion Tickets are also available at a cost of eighty pounds sterling (\u00a380).<\/strong>\u00a0Five\u00a0(5)<\/strong> Essential Companion tickets will be held for each date of the Event. Essential Companion tickets must be purchased over the phone via the Venue\u2019s visitor services team at 0800 640 4550.<\/li>\n
  9. Once acquired, whether by purchase or on a complimentary basis, Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and void if altered. Tickets that Warner reasonably suspects have been transferred or altered shall not be honoured. Tickets are not for resale. Any such resale shall have the effect of rendering that Ticket void.<\/li>\n
  10. Only Tickets purchased directly from WBSL are valid for admission. Tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for entry.<\/li>\n
  11. Tickets for the Event are inclusive of everything stated in the event description (https:\/\/www.wbstudiotour.co.uk\/whats-on\/an-audience-with-warwick-davis\/<\/a>) but do not include anything not listed above, including without limitation, accommodation or spending money.<\/li>\n
  12. Following purchase of Tickets, guests shall be contacted via email requesting that they provide any dietary requirements. Dietary requirements, which Warner will use reasonable efforts to satisfy, must be communicated by email using the following address: events@wbstudiotour.co.uk<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  13. Please note that it is Warner\u2019s policy to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of eighteen (18). At any time during the Event, Warner staff and security shall have the right to ask guests to produce valid proof of age identification. Warner may refuse to serve alcoholic drinks to any guest who fails to prove that they are eighteen (18) years of age or over and\/or who appears to be intoxicated.<\/li>\n
  14. Guests shall not be allowed to take alcohol outside of the Venue.<\/li>\n
  15. Warner reserves the right to immediately remove any guest without liability or compensation who fails to comply with the Terms.<\/li>\n
  16. Personal items left in the Venue\u2019s cloakroom or elsewhere at the Venue are left at the owners\u2019 discretion and risk.<\/li>\n
  17. Warner and its affiliated and\/or associated companies, agents, partners and\/or other third parties authorised by Warner (together, \u201cWarner Partners<\/strong>\u201d) may create motion pictures, still photographs and\/or sound recordings of Guests (\u201cContent<\/strong>\u201d) during the Event at the Venue.<\/li>\n
  18. By attending the Event, guests confirm that they grant and assign to Warner all rights (including, without limitation, present and future copyright, performance property rights and all neighbouring rights (including so-called authors\u2019 rights)) in and to the Content and give Warner and\/or Warner Partners all consents necessary for the reproduction, exhibition, transmission, broadcast and exploitation of the Content throughout the world in perpetuity and by any and all means and in any and all media now existing or in the future created or discovered, without payment or acknowledgement. The rights shall include, but not be limited to, the right for Warner and\/or Warner Partners to use the Content (including, any dubbed, edited, altered and\/or adapted versions of the Content) with or independent of other images, for commercial and\/or non-commercial purposes (including, by way of example only, in publications, exhibitions, advertising, promotional and marketing materials and online). Guests also agree to unconditionally and irrevocably waive (or otherwise assign to Warner) the benefits of any provision of law known as \u201cmoral rights\u201d in so far as permissible and acknowledge that Warner does not undertake or guarantee that there shall be any use of or other exploitation of the Content.<\/li>\n
  19. Warner shall have the right to display signs in and around the Venue to remind guests that filming may take place during the Event.<\/li>\n
  20. A shuttle bus shall be in operation to transfer guests between Watford Junction railway station and the Venue. Transfer via the shuttle bus is a complimentary service for guests. Event confirmation email needs to be shown when boarding the shuttle bus. The first service shall begin at 5pm each evening of the Event and a return shuttle bus will be on standby at the Venue for any guests that need to return to Watford Junction railway station. All guests must have existed the Venue by 11pm. Guests using the shuttle bus will be responsible for their own transport to connect with\/after drop-off from the shuttle bus. For those guests who do not wish to use the shuttle bus service, they shall be responsible for their own transport to and from the Venue.<\/li>\n
  21. Warner will take reasonable care to ensure that the Event is as described in these Terms. However, events may occur that make the Event taking place impractical or inappropriate due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of Warner. In such a situation, and with prior notice to the Ticket Holder when practical, Warner may vary or amend one or both evenings of the Event to provide a reasonable alternative, or cancel or postpone one or both evenings of the Event, as a result of which Warner and\/or Warner Partners shall not be held liable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
