We cannot guarantee that food will be prepared in an allergen-free space. If you, or someone you are booking for has any allergies and/or dietary requirements, please contact us at least 48 hours before your visit.

Our meat suppliers are not Halal compliant, however, we are more than happy to provide a vegetarian alternative. If you require more information about accommodations for religious dietary laws, please contact us at least 48 hours before your visit.

Yes, we are delighted to offer a Children’s Afternoon Tea – please see the menu here. This option is available when booking at least one Adult’s Afternoon Tea, paired with the applicable entry tickets. To book, please contact us at least 48 hours before your visit.

Decaf tea, coffee and a limited range of speciality teas are available. Please enquire when you arrive for your tea.

Yes, we are happy for guests to take their food with them. We have takeaway boxes available and we can store your leftovers for you until you finish the Studio Tour.

While we will make every effort to accommodate adjustments to your reservation, please arrive at your scheduled time. We cannot guarantee a table if you arrive early or late. If you anticipate being late or early, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to rearrange your seating. However, we are unable to promise availability outside your reserved time slot.

Yes, we have a variety of soft drinks and juices available – subject to availability. Please be aware that these may be charged extra.
