You can choose to have your gift tickets delivered via email as e-tickets. You will just need to enter the recipient’s name during the booking process, this will be printed on each gift e-ticket.
Gift tickets are undated and the recipient will need to contact our Visitor Services team to book a date and time of their choice. Our on-site Visitor Services centre is currently closed for now so we are not able to accept calls. If you would like to redeem a gift ticket, please email us at [email protected] with your booking reference, visit date and time and we’ll be happy to book that in, subject to availability.
All bookings are subject to availability. We advise you to book at least 6-8 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
HOW TO BOOK
STEP ONE – SELECT TICKET TYPE
Choose from individual (adult/child) or family gift tickets. You will have the option to enhance the experience by adding a Souvenir Guidebook or Digital Guide to the booking. Click here for more information about enhancements.
STEP TWO – SELECT E-TICKET
Once you have selected e-ticket, you will need to enter a recipient name that will be printed on each of the gift e-tickets.
STEP THREE – REVIEW YOUR ORDER
Finally, review your order and ensure all details are correct. At this stage, you can add a personal message which will be printed on each of the e-tickets.
