I have made a mistake on my Souvenir Gift Ticket. How do I update my order?

If you have entered the wrong name or details on your Souvenir Gift Ticket, please contact our Visitor Services team on 0800 640 4550 as soon as possible.
We can update your order if it has not yet been sent to our fulfilment team for printing.
Once the order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible, and a replacement fee may apply.
