Gift tickets

Did you know?

Gift tickets can be presented in an exclusive Studio Tour gift ticket wallet (UK - £3.95p&p, Worldwide - £6.95p&p)

Treat someone special with a visit to the Studio Tour and experience first-hand the British artistry, technology and skill that went into all eight films.

A gift ticket entitles one person to visit the Studio Tour and is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

How do gift tickets work?

STEP ONE

Choose from our Individual or Family gift tickets.

A gift ticket entitles the recipient to visit the Studio Tour and is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Souvenir Guidebooks and Digital Guides are also available.

STEP TWO

Choose from an exclusive Studio Tour gift ticket wallet or email confirmation (for those last minute buyers!).

The Studio Tour gift ticket wallet can be posted to an address of your choice with a personal message to the recipient.

If you choose to receive an email confirmation the recipient will not receive their personal message until they arrive at the Studio Tour.

STEP THREE

Enter your billing information on the first step and then your recipients address on the second step and continue through the payment screens.

If you would prefer to have these delivered to your own address then select the “Delivery Information same as purchase information” box.

STEP FOUR

If you chose the gift ticket wallet your gift recipient will receive their gift tickets in the post.

If you chose the confirmation email you will need to provide this to the gift recipient for them to book their tickets.

Before visiting, the recipient must phone our Visitor Services Team on 0845 084 0900, to book the date and time they’d like to attend.

Timeslots are subject to availability and all children attending the Studio Tour must be accompanied by an adult.

Postage

You can have your tickets posted to you which includes:

• Presentation in a gift ticket wallet
• First class post for UK addresses
• Direct entry to the Studio Tour without waiting for tickets

If you have purchased Souvenir Guidebooks or hired Digital Guides, we will include vouchers with your posted tickets that can be used to redeem them upon your arrival at the Tour. Due to their nature, we are unable to post these items in advance of your visit.

Postage to UK addresses is £3.95 and we require at least 14 days between the time of booking and your chosen visit date.

International postage is £6.95 and we require at least 28 days between the time of booking and your chosen visit date.

Alternatively, you can collect your tickets when you arrive at the Studio Tour using your confirmation e-mail.

Travel Trade

The Studio Tour is suitable for both group and FIT visits and we are dedicated to ensuring that your clients have a memorable experience with us.

Our travel trade partners can supply you with tickets;
• As part of a packaged tour run directly by one of our approved ticket distributors
• For inclusion in your own packaged tour for sale to consumers or other travel companies

Did you know?

Tickets must be sold as part of a packaged tour and cannot be re-sold directly on a standalone basis.

Schools

Your students will witness the extraordinary artistry, technology and talent of the film-makers as well as getting involved in methods that they would have used to create the wondrous world of the Harry Potter film series.
