Do you have a cloakroom?

Yes, coats and bags can be left in our cloakroom free of charge for the duration of your visit. Please note that we are unable to store food in our cloakroom.

Are parent and baby facilities available at the Studio Tour?

Baby changing facilities are available in each toilet block. In addition, a private area for parents to feed complete with nursing chair and changing tables are located next to Backlot Café. Hot water for heating up bottles can be provided within the Studio Café or Backlot Café.

Do you have a café at the Studio Tour?

We have a Studio Café and Starbucks in our lobby, and a Backlot Café situated about halfway through the Studio Tour. We offer fresh food with both gluten and nut free products. For more information please visit our Food and Drink page.

Can I eat my own food at the Studio Tour?

You are welcome to bring your own food to consume in our Backlot area or outside picnic area.

Do you keep lost property?

We hold on to all lost property for a limited time. If you have lost an item whilst visiting, please contact our Visitor Services Team as soon as possible. Sending lost property out will be subject to postal charges depending upon the size and weight of the package. The Studio Tour accepts no responsibility for lost items.

Is WiFi available at the Studio Tour?

Yes, you can enjoy complimentary WiFi during your visit, don’t forget to share your photos with us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook!

Can I leave my shopping in the cloakroom?

Yes. Purchases from the Studio Shop can be left in our cloakroom free of charge while you explore the Studio Tour.

Do you have phone charging facilities?

Portable phone chargers are available to hire from the Information Desk for a £20 refundable deposit.
