Mastering the Magic – Terms and Conditions

  1. Subject to availability, tickets for Mastering the Magic can be booked at the price listed on the bookings page found on our website. One (1) ticket permits the ticket holder to the following:
    1. Mastering the Magic workshop led by the Learning Team
    2. Entry to Studio Tour;
  2. Mastering the Magic tickets must be purchased in advance of visit, via our website www.wbstudiotour.co.uk, or by telephone (+44 (0)800 640 4550).
  3. 10 tickets for each event will be available to purchase on 4th February 2026 from 10am, as part of a Harry Potter Fan Club 24-hour early access. The remaining tickets shall be available to purchase in the general ticket release on 5th February from 10am. Fans can sign up to Harry Potter Fan Club emails here: https://www.harrypotter.com/register. Sign up by 11:59pm GMT on 3rd February to access the pre-sale.
  4. There is a maximum of 35 tickets available for Mastering the Magic on given days, allowing a maximum five (5) places for essential companions.
  5. For bookings purposes, adults and children prices are the same. There is no concession for children.

  7. Should you wish to amend your Mastering the Magic booking, you must notify us immediately by telephone on +44 (0)800 640 4550 upon which the email confirmation or Tickets shall become void.
