COVID-19 NHS Test and Trace Privacy Notice
This Privacy Policy explains how Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (“we”, “us”), as data controller, will process your Personal Information collected by us for the purposes of the NHS Test and Trace System. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Consumer Privacy Policy available here.
Purpose and Legal Basis: We are collecting and processing certain Personal Information for the purpose of protecting the health, safety and welfare of our workers and visitors during the COVID-19 pandemic. The easing of social and economic lockdown measures following the COVID-19 outbreak is being supported by NHS Test and Trace and we are assisting this service by keeping a temporary record of our customers and visitors for 21 days and responding to requests for that data if needed. This could help contain clusters or outbreaks.
We rely on the legitimate interest of protecting its workforce and visitors and the interests of wider society in tackling the pandemic for this purpose.
Type and Sources of Personal Information: We will collect Personal Information directly from you, which will include your name (or the name of the “lead member” of your group), your contact details (or those of the “lead member” of your group), the date and time of your arrival at our premises or one of our events and potentially your departure time.
Sharing and retention: The Personal Information we hold relating to the above may be shared with the NHS Test and Trace scheme as requested. This may happen either because someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 has listed our premises as a place they visited around the same time that you did, or because our premises have been identified as the location of a potential local outbreak of COVID-19. Your Personal Information will be retained securely for 21 days and then erased or anonymised.
