When making a group booking with us as an International School or another Educational Group not captured by our School Policy or Home Education Policy, we are unable to invoice or hold tickets and payment must be made at the time of booking by card only.
If you are unable to make and pay for a booking and require a hold period, you will need to make your booking through one of our approved travel distributors.
When making a booking, the call must be made from your school/education group company’s official phone number and email address. You may be asked to share your school or education group company website to determine eligibility which shall be determined at the Studio Tour’s discretion. The booking can only be made and paid for by a teacher or administrator at the school or organisation.
While we accept bookings from language schools, we do not accept bookings from tour operators. If you are a tour operator and wish to book for your clients, you must go through our approved ticket distributors.
To ensure the best possible experience for all our visitors we have a maximum group size of 40 or 60 visitors, depending on the date of your visit. Only one booking can be made per day per school/education group company.
All groups must abide by our minimum 1:10 adult to child ratio for admittance. All students under the age of 16 must always be accompanied.
The Studio Tour has staggered entry times to control the flow of visitors; if you are booking as a large group over 40 or 60 visitors depending on the date of your visit, the Studio Tour may need to split you across timeslots.
We recommend you know the exact numbers of adult and child tickets you require at the time of booking as all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Additional tickets can be added and paid for before your visit date, subject to availability. No additional tickets can be purchased on the day.
UNIVERSITIES
We do not offer the education pricing to university students. Universities based in the UK can now make a booking and receive a hold period so long as their invoice can be paid by the university finance team/bursar. The invoice will only be sent to the university’s finance email address. The booking confirmation once paid, can be sent to any member of the university’s faculty or student body, only the university’s official email addresses are accepted. Personal email addresses are not accepted.
Any professors, student clubs, societies or students who wish to make a group booking and pay themselves, not through the university finance department, cannot receive a hold period and must pay at the time of the booking.
International universities and UK universities with international campuses who are booking for their international students, can book group tickets, but must make payment at the time of booking, we cannot provide an invoice.
NON-UK SCHOOLS, OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND MORE.
We have limited education pricing tickets to schools and colleges based in the UK and due to high demand, we are unable to offer education pricing or lessons to international schools, universities, and other educational groups.
A group booking can be made to visit the Studio Tour via our Visitor Services Team by calling +44800 640 4550. At present we do not offer any additional discounts and tickets are subject to availability.

If you are not eligible to make a group booking with us, you can make your booking through one of our approved ticket distributors. We do not accept bookings from tour agents or tour operators on behalf of schools or education groups/institutions under any circumstances. Any bookings found to be made via or paid through a tour operator or agent, will be cancelled without reimbursement.
All tickets booked through our approved ticket distributors are subject to their own terms and conditions, in addition to the terms and conditions which apply to all tickets to the Studio Tour.
If you are not eligible for education pricing, you will not be able to book a lesson, receive free digital photo downloads, free teacher tickets or teacher planning tickets.
SUMMER SCHOOLS AND EXCHANGE STUDENTS
If you are a summer school or based in the UK, bringing students based in the UK, you can be invoiced and receive up to 12 weeks for payment.
Schools in the UK may not book for or on behalf of international schools and be invoiced. You can make a booking, but you will need to pay at the time of booking.
UK schools with international campuses are not eligible to book education pricing tickets for their international students or exchange school students. Any UK schools found to do this, may not be allowed to book or receive the education pricing for any future bookings.
SCOUT GROUPS AND CHARITY BOOKINGS
We welcome group bookings from Scout, Brownie, and Guide groups, as well as charities based in the UK and can provide a payment hold period of up to 12-weeks if your valid charity number can be provided at the time of booking.
Tickets are not discounted, and not eligible for education pricing. We are unable to provide lessons.
