Due to unforeseen circumstances, your visit to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter was adversley affected. Please complete the below form to request a refund or to rearrange your visit for a future date, subject to availability. Please be advised that availability is limited during weekends and school holidays, so bookings should be made six weeks in advance to avoid disappointment, you can view live ticket availability here.

If you are requesting a refund, our team will be in touch within 72 hours to facilitate. If your preferred re-visit date is available, you will receive a booking confirmation email with replacement tickets within 72 hours. In the event that your preferred date and time is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date for your visit.
