To ensure you have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can visit the Studio Tour at any one time. This means that you will need to book into a time slot ahead of your visit. As spaces are limited, we strongly suggest you reserve tickets early for your preferred date and time.
We do not hold back additional tickets for sale over the phone or on the day. For available dates and time slots, please visit our webstore.
A family ticket permits entry for two adults and two children, or one adult and three children.
There is no need to change your ticket – simply inform us when you arrive at the Studio Tour.
If you’ve forgotten to book a ticket for a member of your party, please contact our Visitor Services Team on 0345 084 0900 prior to your visit. If your child is aged 4 years and under, we can add this free ticket onto your booking for you. For all visitors aged 5 years or over, we will advise whether this is possible. Please note, all additional tickets are subject to availability.
Occasionally visitors change their plans and pay a £10 administration fee to amend their tickets subject to availability, as per our terms and conditions.
